Results:
The median follow-up was 6.3 years (range 0.5-14). The median D90 was 130.2 Gy (range 32.5-221.8). The 10-year bFFF for the entire cohort was 70%. Differences in bFFF by PSA, GS, stage, risk and dose groups were all significant (table). Cox regression revealed that only D90 dose as significant (p=0.05). Increasing dose cut points to 140 Gy (n=72) and 150 Gy (n=52) improved bFFF rates to 89.3% and 97.7%, respectively (p=0.001). Of the 99 patients with prostate biopsies, 0/17 had a positive biopsy if the dose was > 150 Gy compared to 10/82 (12.2%) for the lower doses (p=0.004).
