To investigate the feasibility and efficacy of concurrent hypofractionated chemo-radiotherapy using concomitant boost to gross tumor volume for patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The hypothesis is that the shortened treatment time by hypofractionated radiotherapy regimen would prevent accelerated repopulation, and enhance the biological effects on cancer cells.
