We undertook a retrospective chart and radiotherapy record review at the Ottawa Hospital of all pts treated with postprostatectomy RT. For this analysis we detailed the experience in those treated by salvage RT combined with hormones for preRT psa of 0.1 and above. Biochemical failure (bf) was defined as a psa>/= 0.4ng/ml. Overall survival, overall bf, bf according to the Mayo clinic prognostic algorithm, and toxicity were examined.
