Conclusions:
In this interim analysis, time is a significant factor for all variables. Different treatment modalities and hormone use had no significant effect on bowel QOL through 3 years post-treatment. The enrollment goal for this study is 750 patients followed through 5 years post-treatment. As the study matures with enrollment and follow-up, expectations for significance of treatment modality in addition to the factor of time can be evaluated.
